Job Description:
The Finance Business Partner will report to the Managing Director with a dotted reporting line to the Chief Finance Officer. The Finance Business Partner will assume a strategic role in the overall financial management of Group, including the African subsidiaries of the Division. The main purpose of the job will be to assume responsibility for all financial and fiscal management aspects. The job incumber will also be expected for to promote and ensures Operational Excellence in the Property, Project, Finance & Accounting departments of the Group and participates in the development of a long-term strategy.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- The ideal job holder should be a Certified Accountant or a Chartered Accountant
- A minimum of 10 years senior management experience in a dynamic and constantly evolving business environment with a proven track record in strategic financial management and control.
- Member of a Professional Accounting Associations (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW or equivalent)
- Experience with various ERPs, Power Bis and other similar tools would be an advantage
